1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a phace account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phace reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

1.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

phace services are intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the phace platform. phace complies with all applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Use of phace services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

1.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register a phace account, you must provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

1.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phace account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phace employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

1.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phace username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify phace immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. phace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposit Methods

phace accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating banks), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine pesos (₱100). Deposits are processed instantly upon successful completion of the payment transaction. phace does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

2.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya accounts that have completed identity verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is three hundred Philippine pesos (₱300). phace reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal.

2.3 Identity Verification

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). This verification requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

2.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your phace account must be from a legitimate source and must belong to you personally. phace reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of funds for large deposits or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and return of deposited funds.

2.5 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Standard player accounts are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of fifty thousand Philippine pesos (₱50,000) per transaction and two hundred thousand Philippine pesos (₱200,000) per calendar month. VIP accounts may qualify for higher limits. phace does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. Expedited withdrawal processing may be available for a fee upon request.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Bonus Terms Application

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by phace are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These specific bonus terms supplement and form part of these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

phace operates bonus promotions in good faith and expects the same from players. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated play intended to guarantee profit from bonus offers, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — is strictly prohibited. phace reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

3.4 Promotional Changes and Cancellation

phace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at phace's sole discretion. phace may exclude individual players from participating in specific promotions if it believes such exclusion is necessary to prevent abuse or protect the integrity of the promotion.

4. Game Rules and Conduct

4.1 Game Rules Binding

All games offered by phace are subject to specific rules published within each game interface. You agree to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules are binding and disputes will be resolved according to the published rules and phace's determination of game outcomes based on server records.

4.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All phace casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been tested and approved by independent gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers and streamed in real-time with outcomes determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice as appropriate to the game.

4.3 Prohibited Gaming Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds: collusion with other players, use of automated software or bots to place wagers, exploitation of software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage, reverse engineering or tampering with phace software, and any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.

4.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected wagers are void and will be refunded. phace is not liable for losses or inconvenience resulting from technical malfunctions. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, phace's server records are conclusive and binding.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

phace is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gaming should be entertaining and should never be used as a source of income or as a solution to financial problems. If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, phace provides tools to help you maintain control including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion from your phace account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion can be temporary (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account, deposit funds, or play any games. Any attempt to create a new account during a self-exclusion period will result in closure of the new account and forfeiture of funds.

5.3 Deposit and Loss Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits from your account settings. Once set, limit increases do not take effect for 24 hours, giving you time to reconsider impulsive decisions. Limit decreases take effect immediately. phace strongly encourages all players to set limits appropriate to their personal financial circumstances.

6. Account Closure and Suspension

6.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your phace account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

6.2 phace-Initiated Suspension or Closure

phace reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if it believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory directive. In the event of suspension pending investigation, access to your account will be restricted. If closure is determined to be appropriate following investigation, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. phace may charge a monthly inactivity fee of fifty Philippine pesos (₱50) on inactive accounts with a remaining balance. If an inactive account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account may be closed. You can prevent inactivity fees by logging in at least once every twelve months.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content on the phace platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game designs, and user interfaces is owned by phace or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phace platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the phace platform or its content. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from phace software. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the phace platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

phace endeavours to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. phace is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or technical difficulties. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where practicable.

8.2 Disclaimer

phace services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phace disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of phace services, you must contact customer support in writing. phace will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within fifteen (15) business days. If you remain unsatisfied with phace's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of phace services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Amendments

phace reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the phace website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of phace services following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the phace Privacy Policy and any specific game or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phace regarding your use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
